We know how to motivate, get the most and best effort out of team members, and how to ensure that every employee has a plan for continued professional development (Hint: it starts with asking the right questions and being a good listener.) We start with a 30-minute call or meeting with the supervisor and will need a current job description (or we can create one) for each employee we are engaged to coach.

Change Management and Implementation of Process Improvement

Change can be hard for everyone, but for different reasons. Many of our clients have been frustrated by resistance or comments such as, “But we’ve always done it xyz way.” Let us identify, address, and remove obstacles to change.

Follow-up

Continuing to utilize new tools is paramount to reaching the goals identified in the initial consultation. We recommend once a month check-ins for one fiscal quarter. These can be in person or scheduled phone calls.

The Fine Print

We will bring a confidentiality agreement to our first meeting and pledge to respect the potential sensitivity of all organizational information.

Fees for services must be paid half up front. You will receive an invoice for the remainder when services have been completed, with 30-day payment terms. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.
